This is the original art for page 3 of Revolver (1990), a British comic anthology. This is from Brendan McCarthy's "Rogan Gosh" series, which was later gathered into a trade paperback titled Rogan Gosh by DC/Vertigo in the USA. This is brilliantly evocative artwork from McCarthy, exploring this hallucinatory adventure. This painted art is large size (twice-up), 12" by 18", and is on thick illustration paper.
