Vaughn Bode was an innovative artist in the early days of "Underground" comic books and strips. This Zooks strip is numbered D22 and dated 1970. I think it was published in Heavy Metal (?). The art area is 5+3/4" by 18+1/2", drawn on strathmore-type board, and the art is in very nice, clean shape.
